Team Engagement Strategies: A Workshop for Executive Directors
March 30 @ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Learn how to move out of the role of “chief hero” (the one who does it all) and into the role of “chief host” to facilitate the success of your entire team — staff, volunteers, and board members.
This interactive workshop led by Tamela Spicer will inspire and invigorate executive directors. We’ll explore techniques to help you:
- lead through thoughtful delegation,
- use best practices to manage board relations, and
- move from reactive to proactive leadership strategies.
FREE for GVSU students/staff with ID
