January 24, 2019 @ 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
*** Don’t miss out on this popular workshop — It sold out the last time it was offered! ***
As an executive director, how can you move from being the one that does it all to the one that facilitates it all happening? That’s the question we’ll address during this interactive workshop led by Tamela Spicer. You will learn how to move out of the role of chief hero that does it all and into the role of chief host, facilitating the success of your entire team — staff, volunteers, and the board.
Key concepts will include:
- Delegating with care
- Managing board relations
- Shifting from triage focus to strategic planning
Free for GVSU students/staff with ID
Deadline to register is 3 p.m. on January 23.
