Exploring and Establishing Ethical Standards

In an ever changing environment, developing ethical standards can help guide decision making and inform employee development. Understanding ethics and how to incorporate them into a nonprofit organization is important for accountability and transparency.

Join us for a workshop on exploring ethics in nonprofit organizations. Led by Tamela Spicer and Grace Kim, this session will help you understand how to use ethical standards in your organization.

Key concepts will include:

  • Providing an overview of two key Codes of Ethics which guide and inform nonprofits
  • Understanding the benefits to having an organizational code of ethics
  • Exploring how developing your code of ethics can help guide your organization
