Developing a Strategic Culture
June 19 @ 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM
While nonprofits have noble missions, we tend to spend the majority of our time and resources on programmatic triage, and we tend to neglect developing thorough strategies to help move the needle. Built around the Foraker Sustainability Model, this workshop led by Tamela Spicer will cover four key aspects to keep your organization future focused:
- Finding the right people
- Sustainable funding
