Your Personal Wellness Revolution

While passion often drives the work of nonprofit professionals, it can also drive them to overwork. Burnout is a real thing. As we take on some of our community’s most intractable challenges — work that is often highly emotional, physically tiring, and resource-strapped — we need to take time for ourselves and ensure our minds and bodies are healthy. When we take care of ourselves, we are better able to take care of others.
In this workshop, participants will dive into what it takes to lead a personal wellness revolution. Whether you’re well practiced in self-care or struggling to stay afloat, you’ll benefit from engaging in this interactive learning experience and will walk away with helpful strategies to be your best self.
In this session, we’ll help you:
- Evaluate your current state of well-being
- Engage in dialogue to brainstorm solutions and ideas for maintaining your personal well-being
- Receive practical tools and techniques to address and manage positive wellness practices
