Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort
March 10 @ 2:30 pm–April 21 @ 4:30 pm EST

A Seven-Week Cohort
Coaching is a creative, thought-provoking partnership. The nonprofit executive peer coaching program is grounded in strategic advising and builds on the participants’ individual strengths, both personally and organizationally. Using a combination of group discussion, probative questions, and a sprinkle of training, the cohort sessions will help participants identify challenges, set goals, and develop strategies and actionable steps to move their organizations forward.
The collective wisdom of the group provides an opportunity for executive directors to learn from and with each other through seven weekly sessions of facilitated discussions. You’ll build a lasting network of like-minded peers, learn new skills, and benefit from professional support for your executive role.
This group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is open to all management-level nonprofit leaders. Capacity is limited to 18 participants.
