Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort
June 23 @ 2:30 pm–4:30 pm EDT
A seven-week cohort grounded in strategic advising and building on participants’ strengths, both personally & organizationally
Professional coaching at its best is a creative, thought-provoking process. Clients and coaches work together to build on clients’ strengths, both personally and professionally, and to develop intentional solutions for moving their professional goals and organizations forward.
Coaching opportunities that utilize a cohort model add an especially valuable element to this alchemy: a built-in network of peers who understand the challenges you face as a leader and will support your unique growth going forward.
The Johnson Center’s Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort, led by Tamela Spicer, uses a combination of group discussion, probative questions, and a sprinkle of training to guide you on your leadership journey together. In community with your colleagues, you’ll identify challenges, set goals, and develop strategies and actionable steps to support a fulfilling work life.
The collective wisdom of the group provides an opportunity for executive directors and management staff to learn from and with each other through seven weekly sessions of facilitated discussions. You’ll build a lasting network of like-minded peers, learn new skills, and benefit from professional support for your executive role.
This group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m. and is open to all management-level nonprofit leaders.
