Meet the Coach: Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort

We’re online! This session will meet online through Zoom. All registrants will receive the access link and password via email.

Meet Tamela Spicer, facilitator of the Johnson Center’s Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort.

Professional coaching at its best is a creative, thought-provoking process. Clients and coaches work together to build on clients’ strengths, both personally and professionally, and to develop intentional solutions for moving their professional goals and organizations forward.

The same is true for professional coaching as is true for sports teams, mindfulness trainings, or counseling — it’s important for clients and coaches to connect on an interpersonal level in order to build trust and space for vulnerability and growth.

In this informal session, you’ll meet and have the opportunity to chat with Tamela Spicer, facilitator of our upcoming Nonprofit Executive Peer Coaching Cohort.

Hear more about professional coaching, her particular coaching philosophy, and how the cohort model works before committing to the full coaching experience. Get your questions answered, and meet some of the peers who may be learning alongside you!

Price: Free!
Deadline to Register: May 27
