It’s no secret that even in good times, stress can run high in the nonprofit sector. As our communities and staff continue to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic, how can we, as managers, ensure that our teams are adequately supported?

Join Mandy Sharp Eizinger and Tiana Hawver as they explore:

  • The benefits of making time for self-care for you and your team
  • Approaches to practicing self-care opportunities tailored for individual staff members
  • Tips for preventing turnover and investing in resiliency during times of uncertainty or when the work is mission-critical

Price: $60 (free for current GVSU students/staff/faculty)
Format: Virtual. All registrants will receive the Zoom access link and password via email from Eventbrite two days before the event.

Tiana Hawver, M.S., is the office coordinator for the Johnson Center for Philanthropy. In this role, she oversees the office space, supplies, technology, and equipment for staff and students and serves as the department’s Emergency Coordinator.
