Lead with Strengths: Using CliftonStrengths to Maximize Potential

Maximize your potential with a strengths-based approach to learning.

NEW for 2023! In this customized workshop, we’ll engage in a reflective exercise to help you review and better understand your CliftonStrengths profile. You’ll use your personal assessment results to start developing an action plan for continued strengths development and team synergy.

Join Mandy Sharp Eizinger, a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, in this three-hour, virtual session to uncover your individual and collective strengths. This workshop will also feature a special segment on Women’s History Month and the contributions of women.

This workshop will help you:

  • Demonstrate an understanding of the strengths-based approach.
  • Identify your Top 5 Strengths and how they show up — for better or for worse.
  • Understand Strengths domains and how they inform your natural responses.
  • Create an action plan or lay the groundwork for team dynamic discussions.

Workshop Only: $159*
Select this option if you’ve already completed a CliftonStrengths assessment and have access to your Top 5 results. Deadline to register for this option is Monday, March 27.

Workshop + CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment: $209
Select this option if you would like your workshop registration to include a CliftonStrengths 34 assessment through the Johnson Center. We will email you a link to complete your assessment online before the workshop. Deadline to register for this option is Thursday, March 23.

*Completing the CliftonStrengths assessment is a requirement for the session. If you’ve already completed a CliftonStrengths assessment and have access to your results, choose the “Workshop Only” option when registering.
