Are you ready to make a deeper commitment to a nonprofit organization? Are you curious about where to start? Join the Johnson Center team for this free workshop in partnership with Volunteer Michigan to connect passion to purpose on the path toward board service.

Led by Emily Brenner and Mandy Sharp Eizinger, this workshop will help you:

  • Determine what philanthropic mission is meaningful to you — or how to find it.
  • Identify functions of nonprofit boards and how to position yourself for board service.
  • Identify key questions for vetting and joining a board.
