What It Really Means to Be an Executive Director
We’re online! This workshop will be presented online through Zoom. All registrants will receive the access link and password via email the day before the event.

As an executive director, how can you move from being the one who does it all to the one who facilitates it all happening? That’s the question we’ll address during this interactive workshop led by Tamela Spicer. We’ll help you transition from the role of the chief hero to the role of chief host, facilitating the success of your entire team — staff, volunteers, and board members.

This workshop will cover:

  • Delegating with care
  • Managing board relations
  • Shifting from triage focus to strategic planning

Price: $60
Free for GVSU students/staff/faculty

Deadline to register: Wednesday, October 28

This workshop will be a live, interactive experience. It will not be recorded or available to registrants after the end of the live session.
