Kallie Bauer joined the Johnson Center in 2008 and currently serves as a director of strategy and planning. In this role, she is responsible for leading the development and evaluation of organization-wide performance, business model design, operational coherence, project oversight, and ensuring the center’s organizational planning adheres to strategic priorities. She also plays an active role in several of the Johnson Center’s long-standing projects, including the KConnect and Ruth Mott Foundation dashboards.

Kallie joined the Johnson Center as an undergraduate assistant and has served in a variety of roles. She earned a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Valley State University (GVSU) in 2016, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in applied statistics from GVSU. Kallie is currently pursuing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
