Joe VanDoornik joined the Johnson Center in January 2024 as a project manager. In this role, he supports administrative requirements of projects undertaken by the Center.

Joe is a seasoned professional with many years of dynamic experience in project management, bringing a strong skillset and commitment to positive project outcomes. He holds a Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University in project management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Grand Valley State University, majoring in both business economics and marketing.

Holding a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, Joe has demonstrated a commitment to project management excellence and adherence to globally recognized best practices within project management. He brings a comprehensive understanding of strategic planning, resource allocation, and team leadership to the Johnson Center.
