Julie Couturier joined the Johnson Center in 2006 and currently serves as the director of operations. In this role, she is responsible for managing departmental human resource and operational processes, and all financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for the Johnson Center. Julie is also an instructor for the Financial Analysis in Grantmaking course offered by The Grantmaking School.

Previously, Julie was the finance supervisor at Spectrum Health Hospital, and responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis for ambulatory services. Prior to that, she was the accounting manager for Holland Community Hospital, and responsible for all financial reporting, tax reporting, budgeting, cash management, investment management, insurance programs, and external audits for the hospital and two subsidiaries. She also served as an accounting adjunct instructor for Grand Rapids Community College.

Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Central Michigan University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
