This 2019 brief shares how the Lafayette Oxford Foundation for Tomorrow (LOFT), a small community foundation in Mississippi, implemented strategic management practices by developing a strategic plan, identifying organizational values, formalizing processes and procedures, and developing a signature fundraising event to strengthen the organization and its impact in the community.
