A deep dive into the Form 990
This workshop is designed for advanced practitioners to apply a critical, equity-focused eye to Forms 990 and leverage data that tells an organization’s story for greater good.
Led by Julie Couturier and Jeff Williams, this interactive, virtual course will help funders and nonprofit professionals better understand the funding perspective and how to use 990s as a tool to assess organizational or collective impact.
After this session, you will be able to:
- Demonstrate an understanding of Form 990 as an organizational tool and the information it communicates.
- Identify often-cited flags in Form 990 and begin to challenge assumptions.
- Use 990 data to find trends or opportunities in the community.
Individual Price: $195
Group Rate: $165 per person for groups of 3 or more from the same organization
