Kallie Bauer joined the Johnson Center in 2008 and currently serves as the director of strategy and planning. In this role, she leads the development and evaluation of organization-wide performance by implementing systems, protocols, and procedures to ensure organizational planning adheres to strategic objectives. Kallie leads a team of project managers who support external and internal consulting, research, and operational projects. She also oversees the Johnson Center’s professional learning opportunities for grantmakers.

Kallie started at the center as an undergraduate assistant and has since served in a variety of roles. She earned a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in applied statistics, both from Grand Valley State University.
